Do I need an appointment?  Nope! No appointment needed.  Come on in!

​Do you ship jackets?  Yes! We can ship anywhere in the United States.  (Buyer pays shipping fee)

Do I need to bring in my patches?  Yes, please bring all patches and varsity letter so we can lay them out for approval before production.

How long does the order process take?  A typical ordering of a new jacket will take around 1 hour.  Weekends can get busy at times and wait times can exceed 1-2 hours during certain times of the year.  We thank you for your patience during those times.

Does my son or daughter need to be present?  We ask that your son or daughter is present so we can get the right fit and sizing.  You can still order without them being present.  But sizing and layout will have to be signed and approved by purchaser before production begins.  It is your call and any sizing or layout modifications will require an additional fee and be put back in the production line.

Are you open on weekends?  We are open on Saturdays 9AM – 3PM (Please arrive 1 hour prior to closing)

Closed on Sundays.

Can you do custom jackets?  Yes!  We create and produce custom jackets all the time.  Companies, car clubs, re creation of your old varsity jacket, etc.

Can I add bling to my jacket?  Yes!  We offer bling services on patches, varsity letters, first names and last names.  Pricing varies per patch and name layouts.  Please allow 1-2 extra weeks for bling.

Does my school have a sales rep?  We have 5 sales reps covering Southern California.  Please call to confirm if your school has a rep.

Can I order my jacket from my sales rep?  Yes!  Your sales rep can meet you at your school or local coffee shop for placing orders.  

​

Can my jacket be delivered to my school?  If your school has a rep, yes, they can deliver your jacket.

​

Can I make a payment over the phone?  Of course!  Just give us a call and we can run your credit card and get your order paid off.

How long does it take to make a jacket?  Our typical production time is approximately 4 weeks.  Please allow 1-2 extra weeks for bling.  (Production time may vary throughout the year. Please call to confirm current ETA)

Do I need to pay the full amount at time of order?  No, we do ask that 50% be paid prior to production and the final 50% be paid at time of pick up.  ALL senior high school students must PAY IN FULL at time or ordering.
