CL Custom Jackets

CL Custom Varsity Jackets has been family owned and operated for over 40 years. All of our jackets are manufactured on-site in Cypress, California. Each jacket is constructed with 80% virgin Pendleton wool, 20% nylon (for added durability) and 100% genuine cowhide leather.

 

Every CL customer is personally sized to ensure that their jacket fits flawlessly. If necessary, CL can add or remove length to the body and/or sleeves. In addition, we are the first jacket manufacturer to have added an inside pocket for your cell phone, wallet, sunglasses and more. Standard and custom lettering is available as well.

 

In most cases, our jackets are manufactured in 4-5 weeks. Adding bling to the jacket will add 1-2 weeks. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. During the holidays (October through January) delivery times may be longer than normal due to the holiday rush.
