C&L Custom Varsity Jackets has been in business for almost 30 years. We manufacture all our jackets in Cypress, California. Our jackets are contructed with 80% virgin wool, 20% nylon for added durability and 100% genuine cowhide leather.

We customize your jacket by adding or removing length depending on your needs. In addition, we are the original jacket maker to have an added inside pocket for cell phone, wallet, sunglasses and more.

Our jackets usually take 5-10 business days from start to finish except during the Christmas rush period, (Thanksgiving ’til mid-January). Please check out our Youtube video on the jacket and patch process from start to finish.

Our Chenille and Custom Patches are designed and made in Cypress, California. We have three ten-head, two two-head and six single-headed automated sewing machines. We can manufacture more than three hundred patches a day. We have the ability to make from one or two patches up to making thousands. Our custom patches usually take five to ten business days. It can be made in one to two days but rush charges may apply.
